As you probably know, there are certain fees associated with the purchase of a home. You can get more info on our article: Spanish Property Buying Guide.

(1) Stamp Duty (IAJD): 1.2%
(2) Registration & Notary fees: 1%
(3) Lawyer Fees: 1% (You won’t pay this)

Our in-house team of lawyers will take care of the whole purchase process completely free of charge saving you 1% of the purchase of your home. This means that if you buy a home worth 3 million euros, you will save 30.000€.

Your Ferrari 488 Spyder

You just can’t say “No” to cruising along the coast on a Ferrari 488 Spyder. Nobody should leave this world without having driven a Ferrari, it’s every boy’s (and girls) dream. We won’t let that happen!

How to qualify and expiration date

This offer applies to clients who have contacted us between November 1st and December 31st 2022 and have made a property purchase though our agency before March 31st 2023. 

Lawyer fees included (-1%) “For Direct Listings”

Direct listings are listings which with have direct with the seller or the developer. In these cases, we get full commission therefore we offer the full 1% discount on the lawyer fees. Any property with a custom ID that starts with the letters “ND” is a direct listing.

Lawyer fees included (-0.5%) “For shared listings from the MLS”

Shared listings are listings which we have through a collaborating agency. In these cases, we get 1/2 the commission therefore we offer 0.5% discount on the lawyer fees. Any property with an ID that starts with the letter “R” is a shared listing.  

  1. The purchase process must be done using our lawyers or an external collaborating lawyer that we will appoint.
  2. We don’t pay for or offer any kind of cash-back if you choose to use your own lawyer.
  3. The offer does not include the payment of taxes, power of attorney or any cost associated with the purchase of the home. 

Ferrari Experience

  1. The Ferrari experience is applied to all purchases: Direct and Shared listings. 
  2. The Ferrari experience duration will depend on the price of the home you buy (before taxes). See the offer below.
  3. The offer will be valid 1 month after you sign the PPC (Private Purchase Contract).
  4.  If you have more than 1 Ferrari experience day, you must use the days consecutively until the contract has expired. You cannot split the days in different time periods.
  5. The booking dates will depend on the car’s availability. If the car is already booked when you want it, we could re-schedule to a different day or we could offer a replacement like a Lamborghini, McLaren, Maserati or Porsche. 

This is the offer:

  • 1 day Ferrari experience with the purchase of any villa. 
  • 2 days Ferrari experience with the purchase of any villa between 1.5M – 2M euros.
  • 3 days Ferrari experience with the purchase of any villa between 2M – 3M euros.
  • 5 days Ferrari experience with the purchase of any villa between 3M – 4M euros.
  • 7 days Ferrari experience with the purchase of any villa above 4.5 Million euros.
